The Value of a Human Life in the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program

HHS has set a monetary value of up to $250k for a human life in the vaccine injury compensation program. If a vaccine kills your child, $250k is the maximum amount you can receive.

On page 14, you can see this horrifying fact for yourself.

This is the maximum amount that you may be paid if it's proven that a vaccine killed your child.

What they don't tell you is how much it costs to get that proof via medical records and testimony, and the amount of time is required in VICP court to litigate your case against the government, costing you tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars upfront.

So if you're a poor single mother who makes $45k a year and your baby dies the same day they got the vaccine, you have to already have thousands and thousands of dollars up front to hire lawyers and begin fighting the case. If you lose, you can get nothing back, with your child still being dead. If you win, it takes years of paying legal cost yourself, and if you do manage to win after 5+ years of litigation, you get "reasonable lawyers’ fees and other legal costs or legal costs" back through VICP, which is dictated subjectively by the court.

What's even more insane is that VICP is a "no fault" program, meaning the compensation for death or injury is not an admission of causality in the vaccine killing your baby, which protects the pharmaceutical company.

This is why it’s so hard to get compensation for vaccines injuries, and why most people can’t even engage in the system in the first place. The only people that get paid by these programs are those who are already wealthy or have the means to spend years in court, and yet it’s still paid out $5 billion dollars as of Sept 2023

Imagine if this system was honest, fair, and accessible to anyone and everyone who suspects a vaccine injured their child or worse, and didn’t require so much money and time to fight it in court. The payouts sould be in the trillions now.

If pharmaceutical companies didn’t have protection with the 1986 vaccination act that created VICP and gave them immunity, they would have been sued into oblivion and these corporations would not exist as well. Pfizer, Merck, GSK, all of them would be completely insolvent and crushed with lawsuits for what their vaccines have done to people. This is why they pressured Reagan to sign the bill in the first place. They threatened to leave the USA and stop making vaccines. Knowing what we do now about how toxic vaccines are and how horrific they’ve been for human health, this would have been a great decision by Reagan to let them get bankrupted.

It’s time to repeal the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.

The criminal corporations need to pay for what they’ve done, and all the executives and scientists involved should be jailed along with it.
