Stevia is bad now? FFS.

Is it fine if I don't plan on having any children?

The studies on it are limited to rats, so it's hard to say for sure how much stevia is safe in humans and what whole effects it might have, but if the various compounds in it have been shown to affect hormones like progesterone and estrogen in female rats, in addition to decreasing sperm count and motility in males, I would be weary of using it regularly. Might be bad for testosterone, which is something you want to protect if you're a guy.

I think monkfruit is a better alternative sweetener.

Every trace mineral, like boron and lithium. Shilajit provides these as well., in addition to selenium and many others. The trace minerals mega mag is the one I think is best overall.
