Might be bad for testosterone, which is something you want to protect if you're a guy.
I think monkfruit is a better alternative sweetener.
Every trace mineral, like boron and lithium. Shilajit provides these as well., in addition to selenium and many others. The trace minerals mega mag is the one I think is best overall.
